Job Title: Travel RN / Travel LPN
 Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque – Genesis Healthcare
 Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109
 Region: Genesis – West Region
 Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (30-min break)
 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week (12-hour shifts)
 Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatment per physician orders.

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and report significant changes promptly.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team to coordinate individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

• Ensure infection control, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

• Educate residents and families about health maintenance and rehabilitation progress.

• Support team members in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

• Participate in shift reports, care planning meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
